I've noticed another misbehavior (don't know if it's already known):

After starting ANRB SW and executing the populate function of MyLog previously unknown airframes are populated to the navdata db, wich is the correct behavior.

If I try to use the populate function again it doesn't work. Furthermore no unknown airframe that was added to server db and is received again is populated to the navdatabase anymore. After a restart the population of previously unknown airframes during reception is working again until the populate function of Mylog is used again.

I didn't notice this with 3D enabled version, but with 3D disabled version.

I've noticed the same behavior neroon79 reported earlier.

After restarting ANRB and running "Populate" I've found 2 unknown populated navdata with "CH" field and no photo info.

Liviu,

That is the miscode added by Orkney yesterday and there is no photo allocated to it as Airliners.net has no photos of A6-MBA hence no photo showing.  Similar with the EVA Air, it was only delivered late on Tuesday and no one has a aphoto of it yet in Airliners.  When both these have a photo they will be added.

Yes, I know they don't have photos on A.net.
Maybe I didn't understand the usage of CH field. I thought it was related to the PTTN and PTTN2 (date/time when the thumbnails were downloaded). If no thumbnail, why timestamp?

I see now, I will query the developer and find out.  Possibly due to the server being checked for a photo?.

Alan, just one more question 'bout the DB ; I'm in the process of altering the AUTOUPDATE field of every record I have my own picture for to N, adding the name of that picturefile in the PTTN column and adding a timestamp in CH, I unticked the Auto-Populate box in preferences.
now do I have to delete the data in the PT, LK, PT2 and LK2 aswell to avoid further replacement of my own pics, ore can I leave this date in these fields ?

thanks

edit ;
Alan, could you please suggest to development to at least allow editing a cel by double-clicking on it ; that would already make it a lot easier to work in the DB : having to work as it is now, by selecting a cel and hit the EDIT button, and going back to the cel all over again, is very time consuming.

Instead of clicking the Edit button, you can press function key F2

vonsmalhausen,

The answer I received is - If they are the wrong photos delete them, the photos as well as the links.
