I have been a customer since the Radar Box launch and this is the worst outage they have had. It must be pretty bad to take this long but we will have to bear with them as they do all they can to get it back :-)

:) Very funny.

We are working on it, even google and its gmail had a long down time recentely. When things go wrong, they sometimes go seriously wrong. We have all been there.

Rest assured we are doing our best and we thank you for your patience.

No, it's normally very reliable.  Latest metrics, for September, showed an availability of over 99.5%

We would like to give a small update about the network problems: as we have noticed before we were having a problem with our site which required us to change the technology involved in processing our applications (not only RadarBox) requests.

The work is finished and deployed. It will only be tested at peak times (starting at 8 AM UTC). We will conitnue to monitor the server during the next few days.

Again thanks for your patience and understanding on this. We will always do our best to keep our customers satistied.

It's still 5 AM in Europe. Let's wait for the peak time. If it works great, if not the work continues.

Hi AN, good to know it's up and running again - fully sorted? or can we expect more down time for a few days?

What was the problem, I thinks a lot of us would like to know - catastrophic failure of HDDs or similar, some sort of malware, something that could potentially affect users?
