Question is true a problem with Airnav alerts today

I still not had any alerts for three days I even tried different email addresses but still no alerts I also upgraded to software version 6.  And also checked my firewall
Any help or advice would be great

Still down for me.  Tried to change to the custom setting but getting no joy with that either.  Although I have not tried the custom setting with v6 it used to work with v5 so not sure if it is a v6 bug or my smtp setup.

If I get a chance will try and mail support aswell

See the other threads, there is work on going on the server which is impacting on services.  If you use your own mail provider instead of the Airnav server you will avoid this issue.  Preference/General/Email settings/Send email using custom server and add the setting from your own email service.

It is being worked on currently though we do urge customers who rely on these alerts to use there own mail server.

As you can imagine our mail server handles a vast amount of emails and delays/issues can occur.

Just a FYI .  Confrm alert email still not working for me.  To make matters worse the custom server is option is not working for me either with v6 software.  Not a problem with my mail system as my JSTARS alert app is able to send thru my smtp service ok.
