Does anyone have Reg tie ups for IL76's using Mode S 60005F and 60006C in and out of Dubai daily?

Both these Armenian hexes are long time unknowns noted in Dubai on a nearly daily basis, probably miscodes as well.

810012 A320 Air India repeatedly in DXB any tie up? First appeared late last year,
800012 A320 Air India is known but both appear regularly so is it one or two aircraft (as has happened in the past with a couple of airarabia machines!)

None of your Kazakhstan appear known anywhere.

VT-ESF is 800012 but 810012 is not known although noted and queried on the mode-s forum as possible Air India.

046769 has been noted on a number of occasion through Dubai and has been noted giving a flight ID of 312 and there are a number of queries regarding this hex on the mode-s forum.  Again 046769 doesnt show in any of the usual online databases, what database do you use?  Similar for 0467D2

810012 has been seen by me many times as an Air India A320 and was assumed it maybe VT-ESF but that normally uses 800012. I was hoping it with its first appearance in late 2010 that it was one of the new A6-ED? machines for which I only have one tie up.
