Thanks Niklas

I guessed that some of my missing Mode S codes were probably CRJ's and ATR's going to Vnukovo from distant sightings but without positions showing on screen was unable to confirm.

4245FE landed at Moscow Vnukovo just after 0230z with VQBMO in the box. It
arrived from the south and was recorded as overflying the Dubai area around 2030z yesterday evening at FL280.  Unknown at this time. and info from John Hargreaves.

Hi

Thx fro the Ukraine tie ups, unforunately all seen on the ground during some of my Ukraine visits. Two more DXB requirements second is most likely an MD80 (difficult to tell type at night)

600072   Armenia
600087   Armenia

PS YA-TTC is now showing correctly (after 1 year of deleting/resetting/rebooting etc etc) as YA-TIC...now to try with N3114P using old US code A34D7A (which shows as a Boeing N2S-3) It is now A6-FSA of Dubai Flying School. A6-FSB PA28 also using old US code A3511F!

I notice some Armenian aircaft shown in Database are EK- and others just EK. eg In database shows EK82226 and this also keeps reverting back when I change to EK- as most others are marked. Which is correct?

600072 unknown
60087 EK74799, Boeing 747-281SF, 24399/750, Veteran Airlines

Re A34D7A this is allocated to N3114P a Boeing N2S-3 Stearman.  This is an unfortunate consequence of counties which re-allocate registrations once they are relinguished and countries which are lax on the allocation of hex codes appropriate to the registration.  About the only thing I can do is to mark the hex as having various owners, types etc and show that it is being used as a miscode as well as by its correctly allocated owner.

Re EK and EK-, the Armenian authorities did away with the dash earlier this year so EK82226 is correct.  I do not know whether this is retrospective or just for new registrations.

Thanks for EK update, also noticed on your update that 600087 is EK74799. Makes sense now.

Now for my India needed tie ups

800000      India         seen a few times...wrong code?
80010F   India
8005CE   India
8005CF   India               10/5/2010 22:56   1/2/2011 14:51
8002EB   India Mil               6/9/2010 7:32   6/28/2010 6:31
