We should do. However can't confirm yet whether they will be sent to you, or just kept incase it gets lost. Send support a email with your order ref and it will be passed on to the hardware department.

Thanks have sent it.

Dave, have you heard anything re your Fedex tracking code ?
It will be nice to see when the first of the dispatched boxes get to their new owners.

nope nothing :(

also guess they were dispatch on Tuesday (not Monday) as Fedex from EU would have arrived today if sent Monday, going by their site information.  So if send Tuesday it should be here tomorrow...  Just hope I can find out when and make sure I'm home....!

It will be interesting to see when I get mine here in Ontario, Canada.  I will be sure to let you all know as soon as it arrives.  Anyone else waiting in Canada at this time?

Cheers

TIA

I will let you know as soon as I receive mine.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there will be no hassles with the package coming into Canada.

How many of you have had the following  email from Armando Fonseca of AirNav Systems

"First of all we would like to thank you once more for your kind order and
justify the "slight" delay on the first RadarBox's shippment.

We're sorry but we had problems with the Fedex's online system, as some of
you certainly have noticed once you received two or more automatic tracking
number e-mails instead of the regular one!

By the way you shall consider as valid the last e-mail's tracking number.

On the other hand as you may understand the shipping system as to be "tuned"
each time a physical product is released regarding the huge amount of
shippments we're having and certainly will have once the RadarBox is being a
great success!

About delivery times, European customers should expect their order to arrive
tomorrow (friday) and US/"rest of the world" customers should expect it next
Monday, all of them 9:00am-4:00pm.

So, just like the support staff said : keep looking for the Fedex's van out
your window! ;)

Then enjoy your product and have fun."

I would like to ask how many of you have received a FedEx tracking number yet - cause I certainly have not - so does that mean mine has not been sent yet ?

Yes had same email and no tracking number, even after requesting via email.  Starting to wonder if they have been send!!!  And for sure they were not sent Monday, and if it was Tuesday then Thursday should have been the delivery day not Friday...!!!

Checking Fedex yesterday they were saying Wed postage for Friday delivery in UK.

So Support or Hardware or whoever, lets have some clear details please.  Have the units been sent, if so when were they sent.

What has happened to the tracking numbers?

Also, who is primetec.pt as this email came from that domain?

So another email has just arrived:

----------------------------------

Dear All,

Once we received many simillar questions we decided to reply to all at the
same time.

Probably many of you haven't received the tracking number yet because the
tracking e-mails are sent when the package is processed by Fedex and as they
we're shipped today you shall expect to receive the e-mail meanwhile.

To whom received the two or three error e-mails here you have one of the
problems we had before.

Regards, Armando Fonseca
AirNav Systems

--------------

If this means we were told the units had been sent (Monday or Tuesday) and in fact they had not.....!!!  Then I will be reconsidering my order.  Not happy being told one thing when its untrue.

Gain the email above says sent today, yet another added to the rest.

Lets have someone with some authority posting the correct details so we know.

And one final matter for Armando,  Please learn how to send emails without publically displaying everyones email addresses.  Its call BC (Blind Copy). ever heard of Data Protection....

I believe it is Primetec in Portugal that are actually constructing the RadarBox for AirNav, so it sounds like the shipments are coming direct from the manufacturer.

That fits in with the whole proceess as AirNav did not handle the payments either! Talk about dealing at arms length......

If those on the email are all the orders they have then that does not seem many !.
