Apologies guys to what has happened. First week nerves and problems unfortunately.

What I can say is packages are at Fedex at the moment and have been for a few days and problems with our Fedexs accounts meant they were not processed for all sorts of reasons. Some of you would have received the tracking code as mentioned but the date of arrival would have passed.

I agree with you regarding the bcc email and we apologise on primtecs behalf.

I again issue my sincere apologies regarding this fiasco.

European customers should expect their order to arrive tomorrow (friday) and US/"rest of the world" customers should expect it next Monday, all of them 9:00am-4:00pm

Thanks for update.  Can you confirm Tracking numbers will be sent?  (not had any yet)

Reason for this is because need to know when Fedex will be in my area as no one home and I need to take a few hours off to ensure collection, otherwise package will not be delivered :(

Not unless specified by sender when placing order with Fedex.  (its extra)

With all the problems, maybe someone will feel good will and place them on Saturday delivery if Friday fails.

Tracking numbers should be sent as soon as Fedex processes the packages. At the moment its in the hands of Fedex so we are keeping our fingers crossed and praying they don't mess up our account again.

Sorry no Saturday deliveries. Yes DaveG we hope if it is there fault they may do that, however I cannot speak on there behalf.

Also just give us a post when you get your tracking id, this so we can confirm the Fedex system is running fully and all systems are go.

Got mine too. Delivery quoted as by 18:00 today 5 July - needless to say I hvnt got it.  Also on the sheet it states entered to tracking system 21:01 4 July.....
Watch this space.  Perhaps I can get them to throw it out of the aircraft as it overflys me on the way into Stanstead.........

According to my tracking info the item arrived Stanstead at 05:08 today and at 05:50 is in transit, with a delivery before 18:00 today.
I will be watching the door all day.

Mines now been at Stansted for over 6hrs, and it only takes 6hrs to drive from there me :(

I'm hoping it will arrive today at the holding branch (ANC at Plymouth) if it does maybe able to get it tomorrow if I drive up there (40 miles).  Long chance but at least it would save all the problems of delivery next week that I just know is going to happen.

For all those that have or are at the door step waiting, have fun...
