Oman Air

70C04A populates as A4O-BT however this code is now used by A4O-BR since BT was sold to Jetlite sometime ago.

70C047 populates as A4O-BO and 70C049 populates as A4O-BS, however Airframes and Yahoo Mode-s group has them the other way around.  Might be worth checking.

On one above, shouldn't VT-ADV show owner as Kingfisher rather than Air Deccan following the takeover a while back?

Hello

VT-ADV wasn't actually in the database (must have been in the original navdata)  but it is now as kingfisher.

70C04A,70C047 and 70C049  all amended.

thank you.

Chris the FBA added.  Never seen that type before, looks a good looking bird.

I will leave the Airbus for now as the following message has just been posted on the Mode S group, it may be a miscode:

"Afternoon all,

Just out of XFW as BER666P should be D-ABFL A320-214 c/n 4463. Was expecting
hexcode 3C48CC, but is plotting as 3C48CD which is allocated to D-ABFM.

Comments anybody?

"

Best to wait and see the responses

Sorry that's it for now. At preset the only NZ Mil aircraft flying with Mode S are:
The two B757's, NZ7571 and 7572.
The two C-130s that have completed the LEP upgrade which are NZ7003 and 4. I would be very dubious about 7001 as it is yet to be upgraded and can't transmit mode s yet...
The only other NZ mil code around will be P-3K2 NZ4204 currently test flying in Texas, but I don't have the code for it.
The six P-3s and other three C-130's will be gradually coming online over the next couple of years.

Hi Mike,

I am currently on a ship in Auckland harbour and had my box on earlier and also picked up NZ7004.  Lucky I had it on as I wouldnt have known it was about otherwise due to the clag.  What a horrid day unlike yesterday which was gorgeous.

Yip, typical Auckland...
It was on it's delivery from Texas after handover. The second (NZ7003), which was actually the first to be upgraded, should be delivered soon after servicing in Blenheim.
Hope the weather improves!

Thanks Mike the code attributed to NZ7001 is out of sequence and on the Yahoo Group was from a single user in Brisbane with an ACARS log in 2008/9.  On balance I think it is best that I delete it as a dodgy tie-up.

Although no-one has formally tied it up, the Yahoo group has C82526 that has been picked up in Dallas between July and October.  That may be a candidate.
