Hi John

That is that one added now. Can you tell me your source for the new airbuses as this might be useful and I can try and update before you get a blank on your screen. Thank you

Andrew

Hello

Indeed, That is the best one out there for new aircraft in my opinion but it is a shame there is no equivalent  that I know of for other manufacturers.

S61R for that Sea King
Thank You Chris

Steve

Sorry but that is incorrect Westland WS-61 Sea Kings in use by the UK Mil are ICAO S61.  The ICAO S61R code is for the HH-3 Pelican with a tail ramp, like the Italian Mill use.

If you go to the ICAO site there is a full search facility (top tab on left side where you can use * as a wildcard.  For example you could search model = *king* or Type designator = S61*

We apologise if any people have recieved Sikorsky S-61R codes for UK Mil or German Mil Westland Sea Kings.  These have crept into our database following a bulk upload by one of the updaters using information that was copied from the ADU product and accidentally not corrected prior to upload.

The ADU database is well known for much incorrect type and ICAO code data.  It also uses algorythms to derive Mode S sequential country codes without a check of what is actually the reality of Mode S usage for that country.  Therefore great caution should be taken against alternative sources if using ADU to recommend updates to us.    I am working hard to correct the Sea King error right now.

I got the info from the database ;)

Here is another one not populating
424239 VP-BIZ Boeing 737-7AU/W BBJ   B737   34477/1825 ACM Aviation Inc

I also have 780A12 and 3B9B5F on screen not populating. The former is a China Airline
and the latter a Mil. Yahoo seems to have fallen over so I cannot see if there is any info there.

Not correct I'm afraid - no bulk uploading has been undertaken from ADU

I really think you need to check your facts here,as unless you personally have access to ADU, I'm not aware of any of the updating team who currently use it
