We have a problem!

700005 is 100% confirmed as YA-FAY B722 Ariana in sandpit on 16/3 and 18/3 but db has 700005 as YA-KMG. Looks like we have another double use of same hex code with YA-KMG miscoding 700005.

Could this explain the new code seen last night 70000C which came back over as KMF304 ex AUH. However it could also be our usual miscoder AD57D8 YA-KMF recoded (however that is supposed to be 70080D).

Just checked Airframes, they have YA-FAY and YA-KMG both as 700005.  GAS has YA-FAY as 700005 with YA-KMG as unknown.  I would suggest YA-KMG is the miscode and have deleted it from the d/b.

Hopefully 70000C will be identified and assist in our query.

Are you aware of how to use the populate function in Mylog.  If you open Mylog, just above the grids tab is a small menu called tools.  On that tools dropdown you will find populate.  Pressing this button means that it for any Mylog entries which have a blank field it will search the Navdata to see if the field can be populated.  If there is no entry in the Navdata for the field, it will then further interrogate the server.  You will see the 'Processing photo/info requests' go to a large number.  In your case you may need to press populate a few times, as initially new data populates into the Navdata and then needs a second or third 'populate' to bring it into Mylog.

Hope this helps reduce your blanks by a large proportion.

thx for the information, i just did it and still a lot of plane not know.

700005 is used by both YA-FAY AND YA-KMG, so like the recent Bahraini 894074 two aircraft ping it, but YA-KMG is as you state the miscode. I hope that 70000C is found to be YA-KMG pinging correctly...will let you know asap.

The German mil are tactical codes, the others are unidentified being a mixture of unknowns, miscodes, decoding errors etc.

Try giving another 2 or 3 cycles of the populate button as there were 3 or 4 new and if still not populated you will need to do them manually through database explorer.
