Hello

This is a new Database Update Requests thread since the old one is now large and unwieldy so has been locked.

Thank you in advance for your requests.

There appears to be a local issue developing into a bit of a quagmire.

 894074  GFA064                   A9C-CA  A321  Gulf Air             2012/04/06 13:43:15
 894074  GFA131   VIDP-OBBI       A9C-CA  A321  Gulf Air             2012/04/06 06:45:35

894074  DHX131                   A9C-CA  A321  Gulf Air             2012/04/05 03:56:17  (this is B752 DHL parked DXB)

894074 A9C-DHC B752 is currently parked on the ground but has also just flown over at 350 as a Gulf Air Airbus!
894072 we believe is a chopper at the Abu Dhabi GP in November (A9C-HRH) and you advised that as being correct code for A9C-DHC.

But Gulf Air 131 is an A320 flight.......next thing is that A9C-AA 894052 has not been picked up since Feb 14 but has been seen in sandpit, but A9C-CA A321 has not been in Dubai, but according to db has!

So the info in db that A9C-CA A321 is 894074 cannot be correct as it was not delivered to BAH till 4/4/12, therefore 894074 is being used by A9C-DHC AND A9C-AA (miscode should be 894052) and A9C-CA unknown. 894072 is chopper A9C-HRH.

Phew hope you understand all that!

 Hi X,

This won't help much but anyway............

A9C-AA was delivered to Shannon for painting as GFA9003 using 894052 on 03 March 2009. It arrived in the Gulf around a month later .

A9C-DHC was delivered to Bahrain on 08 Sept 11 as N314ST via EMA. It then was recoded to 894074 and all was well until April of this year when the real owner of 894074 appeared on the scene. The A321 A9C-CA was delivered ex XFW as GFA9012 on 03 April 12 using 894074, its allocated code. As of then we had 894074 operating both GFA flights and DHX flights.

The MIDRMA site on www.midrma.com shows allocations for Bahrain being 894052 A9C-AA, 894072 for A9C-DHC, and 894074 for A9C-CA. This is where the miscode for A9C-DHC comes from. Have nothing on 894052 since late last year! So we have lots of 894074s flying over the Gulf.........

John

That would make THREE 894074's!

A9C-AA was last seen by me and a colleague as 894052 at the time below.

894052  GF9050  A9C-AA  A320  Gulf Air             2012/02/14 17:40:26

I will get confirmation later on A9C-AA's last DXB visit later and will revert, but I am 100% sure I saw 894074 as a Gulf Air flight BEFORE A9C-CA was delivered this week and today I saw it and believe it was a 320 but it was at f/l 350 7nm away.

The DHL is definitely A9C-DHC and was seen landing using 894074 yesterday and has not moved since and operated as such since 25/9/11 (as per your post).

* 894074                           A9C-DHC B752  SNAS Worldwide Ex... 2011/09/25 04:50:14

This is a quagmire as I stated earlier

 * 894072                                                              2011/11/13 12:13:39

This was pinging from a Black and Gold Sikorsky 13/11/11 and was later read of as A9C-HRH and was not flying as a large Jet would.

A9C-AA is in the d/b as 894052

I have marked 894074 as Various with the aircaft using the hex marked in the CO field.  You can identify the aircaft with from this info and its callsign in use.  I can confirm I watched A9C-CA departing on its delivery flight as 894074.  Which aircraft is correctly pinging its hex and which is mocoding is unknown to me so we shall treat this as any other duplicate.

A9C-HRH is not in the d/b and 894072 is deleted from the d/d until further confirmation

Maybe someday it will all be sorted.

18th March is the day it all started going wrong, up till then it always came up as A9C-DHC B752 of SNAS/DHL

894074             A9C-CA  B752  Gulf Air             2012/03/18 20:30:02

 X,

I have reason to believe that the two Gulf Air A321s are not yet in service. Mention is from May 1st on the Mumbai run. Therefore, if this is the case, then any GFA hits from 894074 would appear to be coming from your miscoded A9C-AA. It would explain their leisurely delivery route XFW - TLS, park up for a while, then XFW - BAH!

894074(2) just gone back OTT from India at f/l 380 but inconclusive as to whether A320/A321 as gold nose makes it difficult to tell length in darkness......at EXACTLY same time on departure from DXB is 894074(1) A9C-DHC. That should make it interesting on BAH approach!

Theory....some twerp engineer has misread hex for A9C-AA and A9C-CA and got them muddled up during servicing! That's happened twice this week locally that I am aware off.

Alan...both came up as various as you stated.....Thanks

If you go to FR24 playback at UTC 1710 you will see both...one on approach to BAH the other climbing from DXB departure en route BAH!

894074 c/s GF130 is going OTT again at f/l 330, this is current info for this flight

GF 130 Flight Information
Route:  From (BAH) Bahrain, BH to (DEL) Delhi, IN
Duration:  3h 50m
Equipment:  Airbus Industrie A320

So we do appear to have three 894074's (wonderful!)
