We can confirm that our server is working at 100%. No problems reported. SO this has to be a problem on the clients side. Please contact our support and they will help you.
Why does this have to be at the client end? I am able to get the Network and your website and all my other Internet connections are working - the only one that isn't is my ability to get at 3D for which I paid a lot of money......:-(

Arn't you lucky :-)
My firewall shows traffic to and from the Airnav location and it is working OK in 2D. I have put a ticket in but it is highly frustrating.......

Jeremy, Just a quick question - who is your internet provider, mine is Virgin Media. Just wondering if all of us with no 3D have anything in common!

Dont worry , there is a new 4D upgrade coming out soon, so we will all be able to go back in time, to recoup all our lost subscription services !    ;-)

Ive also raised a ticket with Airnav tech support.

Awaiting response.

hi all,
the same here in germany: no 3D working, but network connection. i also think that the problem is with airnav not with the various users!

Well done, AirNav Tech Support.  Glad to see things back to normal.  3D is an excellent product, and addictive.
