Loss of network
« on: March 06, 2010, 12:19:18 PM »
Box on screen red (network not connected) only receiving my flights.Internet connection ok,new USB cable fitted & all lights lit on RB. Been like this for 3 days, working ok then came to switch on again the fault appeared. Have removed AVG security although i have airnav files\systems set as excluded files on AVG,still the same.Network box ticked, and downloading photos on my flights, also not running 3d. Have contacted airnav support awaiting reply but thought one of you guys might have the answer.

You haven't been able to connect to the Network for 3 days?

Must be a problem at your end?

No, if you are seeing local MyFlights aircraft, then your PC can 'see' the RB and the Network will work - unless there is a firewall issue, or a problem with your account.  What does it say when you look at your account details using the RB menu option?

AVG is an anti-virus program, not a Firewall.  Are you running the Windows Firewall?

Do aircraft photos, registrations, and routes download okay?  Try doing a weather lookup - does that work okay?

I think that suggests an Airnav account problem.  Suggest you contact Airnav support directly by email.

I have the same problem right now.....   If you launch Airnav (which worked fine with 3D yesterday), the option has disappeared from the top of the 4.03 Radarbox application window.   Real time network is working fine however...
 - any ideas ?  ( Ive tried rebooting ...and can only assume its a server issue)

Hello,

I got the same problem this morning. 3D isn`t available any more. If i restart the program the 3D icons in the menuebar? disappear after one second.

We can confirm that our server is working at 100%. No problems reported. SO this has to be a problem on the clients side. Please contact our support and they will help you.
