RB Interface problem via Remote Desktop
« on: November 08, 2007, 06:00:09 PM »
Has anyone found issue with the RB Interface List not scrolling then accessing RB via Windows Remote Desktop ?

Everything else seems to work correctly, but the list does lot visually move (scroll) although it does seem to have scrolled, Hmmm  What I mean is....

If the list is scrolled the text lines do not move, so it looks like its not scrolled, but if you click on one of the entries it return incorrect information and I can only think this is because it has actually scrolled but not changed the list display.

If any Staff member of Airnav wishes to test, PM me and I'll send login details for Remote Desktop link to my system (on 24/7) to view what I'm talking about.

(note Remote Desktop connection is setup correctly)

So, i not using Windows Remote Control but UltraVNC.

i use this software from my compagny to "observe" my RB at Home !!!!
it's run very well.

No problem no more slowly as when i use VNC

Yep have tried VNC and although its good I prefer Remote Desktop.  That said I could not use VNC via work as they block the ports on our network and also have it detecting VNC use as to block any use.

Try it with LogMeIn, I use that with both SBS1 and RB and it seems OK.

Hi DaveG,

We used RDC quite a bit, and some issues are due to the refresh rate of Remtio Desktop. Have you tried increasing the Remote Desktop connection speed to higher such as LAN and see if it improves?

Use Radmin and Real VNC without problems.
