We have  been receiving it at FL600 for about 20 minutes but how do you all know where it is at since it only has mode S?
thanks

MLAT or CIRCLES in Planeplotter can give you a clue of it's location.

Now that's a useful feature to include in Radarbox v4.0.  If MLAT isn't possible, then sharer circles can really help pinpoint the approx. location of an aircraft.

hello

I don't think I will bother buying software to get this  but thanks for letting me know that it isn't a feature of the standard software although it would be nice if it was.

Further to above. Ac serial is wrong, probably due to a miscoded box.

Correct serial is 80-1076, eyeballed and photographed at Fairford yesterday by Eccie of Reach Hunters International.

c/s was DRAGON 31.

Or simply a box swap - unless the USAF decides to publish their U-2 allocations, who are we to tell them that they're wrong ?  :-)

Hi a couple of USAF types showing now on RB no positions. AE11F7 flight ID S6341 Reg 01-0041 Boeing C-40B BBJ ht 34000 sqwk 3231. Also AE1172 flight ID RCH178 Reg 02-1100 C17A ht28500 sqwk 5407.

An E4B and Tankers reported on another site earlier so possible AF1 is headed back home.
