I thought that AirNav were supposed to rewrite the request string, for the Photographs, to be more type and registration specific to reduce, but not eliminate the problem!!!

Dave, is that wishful thinking, or have Airnav given some sort of firm commitment to fix this?

Sorry, can't comment any more in public at this stage.

But put it this way - if the problems persist in the long-term, it won't be because a permanent, reliable, comprehensive fix wasn't available (it is).

In the end, like most bug-fixes and improvements, it will come down to pressure from users - I know I certainly don't like seeing incorrect details and random photos of unrelated aircraft, especially as those are usually much more exotic than what I'm actually picking up !

No, not even in my logs.  Leuchars is a long way away from me, and there's a lot of mountains in between :(  I've got an alert setup for ModeS 40109F

These guys are having great fun!  Visual confirmation on airframes 'K' (ZJ208) and 'I' (ZJ235)and I'm pretty sure that the other one was 'T' (ZJ237) judging from the heights.

I'll try and catch them next time they fly over :-)
