Setting Home Station Data
« on: May 09, 2008, 06:22:29 PM »
Hi, I am very new to AirNav so apologise if asking a question already asked.
I want to show on my map where I am in rural England. Is there somewhere I can go to on the web to find out my latitude and Longitude details so I can enter the details ?
Regards
Shawn

Fantastic thank you.......I know which direction to look now !!  I was very close to purchasing an SBS until I saw someone at LHR with the AirNav. I am extremely impressed with the airnav and the support of the forum.

Shawn

Thanks for that one.

My Home position is now set more accurately to the east of the approach to my local airport, not directly under it as before.

The other thing you can do if you have sat nav for your car is check your lat / long position. It's easy to do on Tom Tom - not so sure on the others.
