No routes at all
« on: August 27, 2016, 09:09:03 AM »
No routes have been showing my Local Flights for over a week now.
A check of the local database has the details of the flights concerned.
I've also searched the forum before posting, but cannot find a solution.

What are the CH dates of the flights concerned?

Thanks for the reply, Alan.
Dates noted so far,  25 26 27 28 August. There are absolutely no routes showing. I am not connected to the network, as I am only interested in local traffic.
Apologies for late reply.

Len I meant the CH date in your NavData for the individual routes, dates over 3 months are time expired

I presume that because you don't connect to the network the route data will be time expired therefore will not show.  If you share data the software checks back to the server and will get the data and show the route.

Tks Alan,
I do share data and in Mylog, the last routes I have seen have been on the 3rd and 4th of August.
Also not sure what is meant by CH dates.
The last AFR route seen was
AFR114 LFPG KORD 2016/07/05  16:36:51

I also share data with Planeplotter and routes are showing in PP.

No idea what is causing your issue Len.  AFR114 has not been used as far as I can see since 2/4/2016 and operated LFPG-LFQQ and is not in the d/b.  If that showed in Planeplotter it is wrong/out of date.  Do you get the twice weekly route updates for PP?

Is auto-populate route data ticked in preferences.

When did you last update your Navdata and just to check it is going to the correct place, how many records to you have in the aircraft table

Thanks Alan
CH on UAL957 20160216093836
Also just found that "Do not update manually changed records" was Checked so I have unchecked it.
Auto populate was Unchecked in preferences, so I've checked it.
I am beginning to think that a Windows 10 update may have had something with my problem.
Anyway many thanks for your help.

Len.

Update
After making the above changes, I have just seen a routing on a VIR flight.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Len.

Len,

UAL 957 was showing a CH date of 2015 on the server but I have now recycled it through to update the CH date

Are the routes showing now or is the problem still the same

Todays update is showing 241,458 records in the aircraft table and 335,800 in the routes table, is yours around the same?

Thanks again Alan,
Yes routes are showing.
And there were Three Win10 updates on 10th August 2016 which may have caused the problem.

Len.
