Upgrade to 5.00.072 Problem

After upgrading radarbox 2009 to version 5.00.072 Radarbox No longer functions.
No aircraft being received and Hardware at bottom left of screen shows a yellow box and message "Hardware checking" Network also shows a yellow box.
What went wrong?
Driver is installed.

What windows version are you using

Windows 7 on an Acer Aspire 8930.

32bit or 64 bit windows 7.  If it is 64bit have you downloaded and installed the 64 bit drivers

If you go to Start/Devices and Printers you will find your Radarbox under unspecified

Thanks Alan, problem sorted! Unplugged rxer waited 60seconds plugged in again, now up and running! Thanks for the replies.
