Not sure if the snow had something to do with it, but we had a big snowstorm here late last week, around 30 cm's
And the ground returns were plentiful...Not sure if it was because the flights were grounded, or maybe there is some reflection of signal from the snow..
I had 20 plus planes sitting on the ground!
Would a lot of snow change the "Dynamics" of signal reflection?
