A9C2AC decodes to N728QK which is not assigned but the callsign gives it away as a Lakenheath F-15, naughty naughty.

I did an update this morning and a populate and everything worked Ok except for the American Mil A9C2AC which looks a s if it did not make the update?.  Is it because it is using a known civil registration?
