windows 8.1 drivers

hi
I have recently bought a windows 8.1 laptop have loaded my radar box
but it wont recognise my hardware when I try to update drivers it says they are not there
can someone point me to where I can download the 8,1 driver

If you are having the problem I had with Airnav's Win 8.1 instructions as I did then if you get as far as number 7 on their list you need to get a bitlocker recovery key code from microsoft. When you have that the rest is straight forward. My Asus T100 with Win8.1 runs really well now with RB.

I contacted airnav and they replied within a day I followed there instructions
and managed to install windows 8 drivers all working ok now

Good luck sent email about this to surport no reply thanks to Steve from ADU software who was on for nearly 3 hours got it working.

Hi

I am trying to load my RadarBox on my 8.1 laptop.

I downloaded the software ok, but got message hardware not connected, I contacted support thinking it was the driver problem and got a very quick response. Having worked through their '9 point plan' I still have the same problem. 'Hardware: Not Connected'

Are we still restricted to loading on two computers only, because this will be my third? and I wonder if this might be the problem.

I did ask this question of support but got no reply.

Hi, my RB was running ok on my Windows 8 PC (Thanks Alan) but I MADE A MISTAKE! of pressing upgrade to Windows 8.1 when a reminder appeared on the screen. Now RB not working "RB 1 Not found, RB 2 Not found". Is this a support issue or is there a quick solution.

Have you closed down and restarted again if so you may have to go through the driver installation process again.

Failing that I would suggest you contact [email protected].

Also as you don't appear to be using the latest version 5.00.72

Hi Alan, yes I'm still on 5.00.071. I have tried restarting - no joy - checking in devices it says that "Drivers are Unavailable" for RB but the drivers are still there on my desktop.
