The database already has these:

but they all should use a common operator name. Estonia - Police and Border Guard is correct (but Estonia - Border Guard is shorter).

Another one from Lagos but a little spurious this one: Hexcode 040086 is 5N-BJO Aerocontractors DHC-8-300. Although it is an Ethiopian hexcode, as usual the aircraft called it's reg upon landing and was also using the correct "Aerolines" callsign. regards clive.

....and another, this one completely spurious! Hexcode F9BFDC is coming up on Airnav as 5N-BDJ went over my hotel at 650 feet, Shell Petroleum EC-155, regards clive.
