How to Activate 3D Features on 3D RadarBox?

Hello,

I've reached out to the AirNav support, with no response after 2 weeks. I have recently purchased a RadarBox 3D, and I have not yet been able to figure out if there's some sort of activation required to activate the 3D features/functionality of the box.

As of now, on the log-in screen, I use my login and password provided on the CD-ROM case and the 3D feature is not in the menu options by default.

Hi Hunter, did you get a 'ticket number' when you submitted your query, if not, I doubt it was received - email them again.   Support are generally on the ball and reply quickly.   Check your spam folder as well.   Dountless, support will pick up on your posting here and come back with the advice you need.

You can also use the PM function to contact.

To get 3D you need to contact support to get them to activate at their end.

I have also advised them of your post.

@CoastGuardJohn I've received about 4-5 different ticket numbers, checked SPAM folder; still no reply. But I'm waiting patiently here. Thanks!
