Problem with airnav radarbox

hi,
after reinstalling my airnav radar + updating and lot other stuff
i stil get the same problems.

1) my aircraft picture are white, so i deleted my "image" map and now they don't download the picture's.
2) still some aircraft who are civil but have to be militairy

every day i go to "tools" => populate,   everyday i have +- 935 picture will be automatlic refresh and update but still the same plane's without image
example: 449e89 OO-GTI => photo not available => then when i go on it => on airliners.net => We're sorry, the page you requested can not be found.

can someone help me plz

If there is no photo on airliners.net, we cannot download a photo, The photo can only be downloaded if there is one available.  for example Airliners.net does not have a photograph of OO-GTI in its database. As indicated by your statement "then when i go on it => on airliners.net => We're sorry, the page you requested can not be found."

Regarding the civil/mil logos, have you replaced the dat8 with the one attached as previously detailed.
 I have attached it for your convenience.  It will require to be saved and then  unzipped into your data folder to replace the existing one.

if i deinstall airnavradarbox, and reinstall mayby all the problem will be gone? but i will lose all my logs?

You can save your logs before you commit to the deletion then re-installation of RB.  Alan or one of the others will be able to tell yoiu how - I can't as I'm not very techy with IT!!

To save your logs, find MyLog.db3 in your Airnav/Data folder, and copy it to somewhere else.

Then re-install Radarbox. When that is done, copy the MyLog.db3 back to the Airnav/Data folder, overwriting the new one that will have been set up.

Lebelgepatte there should be no reason to re-install the software. I have identified the problem now that you have detailed the serials.  In the database the aircraft mentioned have a hyphen such as H-39.  I have amended the database by removing the hyphen and added photographs where necessary.  You may need to delete any photo links from your database for each of the aircraft you have detailed to ensure the next time you pick up the aircraft and click on it the photograph is downloaded from the server.
