Routing
« on: April 01, 2013, 06:23:55 AM »
Hi all, I have been trying to find routing info for the following flights DLH6MJ, DLH7PH, DLH5RJ. I have looked on most sites but cannot find them.

That's a common problem with the alphanumeric of Lufthansa.

DLH6MJ, DLH7PH  were performed by D-AILI yesterday.

DLH6MJ (FRAPORT --> Edinburgh)
DLH7PH (Edinburgh --> FRAPORT as the next flight of this Airframe took off from FRAPORT)

DLH5RJ was performed by D-ABIN today morning.

http://www.flightradar24.com/data/airplanes/d-abin

(Aberdeen --> Frankfurt (Main))

Hope that helps.

As the (terrible) clock turning took place from Sat to Sun, I'll bet that there are many false alphanumerics in the Tables/Lists by now...

Its an unfortunate fact of life that at the start of the summer and winter schedules, flight identities change and it takes us some time to obtain these and to add them into the database.

As per the d/b update thread we have obtained and added to the database flights by BAW, RYR, EZY,EZS and TUI.  DLH, AFR, SWR and BEL changed among others and these will be added in as they become available.

Ian,

I would wait a couple of weeks until the summer changeover settles down before being sure of flight routings as various sites are giving conflicting information. For example, Libhomeradar give the following routings for your queries :

DLH6MJ : EDDM - EDDF
DLH7PH : LSGG - EDDT
And as for DLH5RJ if you go onto the Libhomeradar site today, the routing given shows LIRN - EDDM as does the Flightradar24 site but the accompanying map on Flightradar24  shows the aircraft sitting on the ground at Aberdeen !

I've obtained the routing by route tracking playback on Flightradar24. The route details of the "playbacked" flights were indeed not matching to the route the airframe took.
