Up to date software

Hi,

I apologise in advance for asking what I am sure is a common question, but I would be very grateful for advice so I can get back up and running ASAP. I have had to purchase a new lap top as old one gave up on me. I need to download the software but my disc is very old. I have looked at support but note that the current full download is for 3D ? which I don't have. Do I still down load that version or do I need to look somewhere else ?

Hi Shawn,
You've put this in the Radarbox24 forum (the webpage flight tracker) instead of the radarbox forum.
But yes, download the 3D version (v4.03). If you haven't purchased the 3D functionality it will work exactly the same as the 2D version (3.04?). You'll get a prompt at startup asking if you want to purchase 3D just click no (and to save seeing it everytime, click don't ask again, or something like that).

If its a 64bit download and install the 64bit drivers from here http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip

Also if its a Windows 8 computer you will need this info
From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the bottom-right-corner of the screen and wait for the pop-out bar to appear, then click the Gear icon).
2.Click ‘Change PC Settings’.
3.Click ‘General’.
4.Scroll down, and click ‘Restart now’ under ‘Advanced startup’.
5.Click ‘Troubleshoot’.
6.Click ‘Advanced Options’
7.Click ‘Startup Settings’
8.Click Restart.
9.When Win8 restarts type the number next to "Disable driver signature enforcement"

Thanks Mike and Alan,

I am using Windows 7 so not sure if it makes any difference ? I have tried downloading direct from the link in support but it keeps crashing ?

Appears to be downloading OK.  It is over 380Mb so take over 30 mins to downlaod

Eventually up and running..had to take the lap top into a computer shop to put drivers where they should be...but now all working....just need the cloud to go away
