Hi
Still having problems networking, after contacting 'air nav' yesterday it started networking but switched on computer today & 'my account' says it expired at end of Jan (which it did) but subs renewed yesterday, so no networking again ! (getting rather fustrated now with no UK phone number to contact about)

Would suggest you contact support again, the server was off, so may have been a cause.

It should be ok now it was related to the Server.

As for future issues please contact us direct first, the forum is not monitored 24/7 and there is no need to start a new post when you had one yesterday.
