Most likely the last one from Lagos for this visit, not many this trip!
Hexcode 064123 is 5N-DEV Dana Air MD-80, calling its reg as callsign and its first sighting since they were grounded last year, this will now make three of them flying, regards clive.

Alan

One Maldive DHC6-400 tied up as it miscodes, so assuming the two others miscode as well

C07C2D 8Q-TMZ   DHC6                   23/02/2013 15:42:33
C0516A                                            23/02/2013 20:10:41 probably a DHC6 as well and this one I saw land so possibly 8Q-TMX or Y

C0516A decodes to C-GEVP.  C-GEVP has been used on 20 occasions that I can see, once by a Totter and the other 19 times on DHC8 varients.  The one Twotter registered C-GEVP is c/n 782 C-FTMU of Alberta Central Airways.  This aircraft was first delivered to Air Senegal and was imported back into Canada in 2009.

8Q-TMX and 8Q-TMY are Viking Air DHC-6-400's c/n 848 8Q-TMX was C-FPPL andC-GUVA prior to delivery and 8Q-TMY was C-GLCU and C-GVVA.  The other 400 in the fleet is c/n 850 8Q-TMZ which was C-GLTI and C-GVAQ prior. C07C2D decodes to C-GVAQ so you are correct with that miscode.

So looks like a double bluff at least by the one squitting C0516A.

Hi Alan

I remember the reason to left out NZCH a while back.   However please correct the route to terminate at YSSY.   Now it appears in db as OMDB VTBS via YSSY

Thanks.

Hi Kenny,

Unfortunately we can only have ord, dest and via, 3 points.

NZCH was chosen to be left out as we have no coverage there.  If I was to leave out one of the others to accomodate NZCH, the routes routine would reject it as it would recognise a landing and take off from a location not in the route stated.  It is a compromise I have to make because of the limitation.

The return leg is the same.

Thanks again

Alan

Good morning Alan

Any idea on the Airbus which left Hamburg this morning heading across the North Sea as we speak.  It is only showing AIB100 with code 38869B.  Looks as if I will miss it if it keeps on current track.

Thanks Alan

Thought you might have an idea.  Unfortunately it flew to far North for a sighting.
