This is a Diamond DA42 flight test registration.  3 former holders of the registration now fly in Russia so unable to determine which one.  They are RA-01713 c/n 42.396, RA-01712 c/n 42.385 both for Ulyanovsk Aviation Flightschool and c/n 42.N015, no registration available but delivered to St Petersburg.  There is also 21-BLUE, c/n 42.mn010 with Ukraine - Border Guard
