A couple of amendments for you :

ALH Airlines (ICAO code MLH) which is  a Maltese subsidiary of Avion Express (ICAO code NVD) have decided to change their name to Avion Express Malta. Their new logo will be the same as the parent company Avion Express and they will continue to use ICAO code MLH, could you therefore add the Maltese flag to the Avion Express logo which appears under ICAO code NVD.

TVL - Travel Service Hungary now Smartwings Hungary                          https://www.smartwings.com/hu/
(Requires addition of Hungarian flag).

Delete ICAO codes/logos for the following which are now defunct :
