Noted quite a lot of aircraft owners are LLC some Llc (bit like UK's LTD or Ltd). Normally it is noted as LLC (abbreviation for Limited Liabilty Company)
Same goes for PLC or Plc. Should read PLC (Public Limited Company) as it is also an abbreviation.
Limited is normally abbreviated to Ltd.

Adding to Alan's comments. What we have in the DB is generally the full registered name, we know that in many cases this does not accurately reflect the operator name. With airlines we of course do not use the registered name. For example Frontier A320 N206FR is registered to the all-embracing: WELLS FARGO BANK NORTHWEST NA TRUSTEE
The general agreement we now have for standarisation is that if the name makes sense without it, as a rule of thumb we remove the LLC, Ltd or Pty from the registered name. If it doesn't make sense without it we keep it in.
IE
Remove LLC etc:
Action Aviation LLC => Action Aviation
Scroggins Chemicals Pty Ltd => Scroggins Chemicals
Keep in LLC etc:
G-BSLP Ltd remains G-BSLP Ltd
GIV-SP One LLC remains GIV-SP one LLC
It is a long process for a small presentational tweak, and at the moment we are trying to standardise bigger fish. Also, many many were added by us from the registered name, before we had full agreement on a standarisation process. Therefore, we are really only changing them as we find them for other small amendments or to newly added records. Bear with us.
If there are any specific ones you would like changing - let us know.
