3d google probs

hi, ive just recently step over to the darkside and am using airnav radar probox
when the program goes threw its pre diag and when the map come up there are icons for 3d option but disapears and i have no idea. i did query the nav tech center and ive not heard from them for a bout 2 weeks now and i have been troublesshooting this but no avail.

am i missing something. anive exuasted my efforts and to say the least frustrated any help with this issue will be much appreciated.

Do you have ticket number when you contacted us? The support queue is empty at the moment so everything we got has been answered.

Firstly did you purchase the 3D version, or did you download the 3D version from the support site.

i purchased the Air Nav Radar and sofware from a vendor associated with Airnav. the box is labled Airnav Radar box 3D. i did not find any software related to Google map 3D

We did reply to your ticket, check your spam box and its probably in there. Anyhow send us your RB login id, which starts with PGANRB... and we will activate the 3D version.
