Moved radabox into loft
« on: March 21, 2010, 06:59:56 PM »
I've moved my radarbox into my loft and have it connected to my Radar 100 (also in the loft) antenna via 6 inches of westflex 103.
Using a standard 5m USB extension cable.

The range hasn't increased, but the hits have.
Currently receiving 150 in 'my flights' where as it was usually about 100.

As and when I get my antenna mounted on the chimney, I'm defiantly going to have the radarbox up in the loft, with the shortest amount of coax.
