Does anyone know what's happened to this ?

The latest photo shown is a THY A321 landing on 27R at dusk yesterday, with a note saying "CAM is OFF (Different Runway in use)".  LHR was certainly on easterlies this morning, but it's been back on 27s since 1pm today, nearly 4 hours ago.

Can somebody flick the "ON" switch, please ?
