Italy, Milan - Standard Aerial

Standard aerial placed over my windowsill at the 7th floor of 8, oriented to west.
As can be seen from the polar, I'm blind for about 180° to east, does anyone know if with anoter aerial it's possible to have a gain to east in this condition?

It has been discussed in the discussions forum about having two aerials into the same box, and it can be done, with little loss.
