Hi Raflec

This has been asked for before. The answer is no, but AirNav know about it and it just might be a feature in the next software release (then again it might not).

I bet all RB users, (and SBS users too) wish they could do this.

In my opinion it would be one of the best selling points and whoever provides it first, ... AirNav or Kinetic,... will be on a winner.

I believe the SBS software will do that all ready.

It's not something that I would ever use.  As a controller you get used to North being at the top :-)

However, I can see why RB users would want this function, so if it was easy to do, it would be nice to have.

Thank you for your replies.
Allocator, I would be happy if the map was showing true North, but it doesn't.
Am I not right in saying that Britain tilts to one side for true north.?

It's only a few degrees - can't remember off the top of my head.  I'm sure that all the radars that I've used have magnetic north at the top.  With the effect of wind, even if aircraft are heading magnetic north, they are never going to track north, so you apply the heading to achieve the track you want - see and adjust.
