My RB is not updating reg´s

Hi all, anyone noticed that RB is not updating new contacts?, mine is not downloading images and regs from new contacts.

Any problem with the network?

I'm getting details auto-populated no problem.

What version of the RB software are you running - is it RadarBox 2009?

Do you have "Download Aircraft Photos" and "Download 2 Aircraft Photos" selected in Preferences > RadarBox?

Have you checked the GAS database manual search to see if GAS has the aircraft details that wont populate?

Hi, I´m running the latest version, it seems that it´s solved now. I checked both pages GAS and airframes and they have the mode s, the problem was with the data, it wasn´t downloaded to the RB.

Sorry to appear ignorant but could you expand on what the data problem was. Ihave the same problem with pictures switched in. i am on 09. How do i switch this data in. (new to computers self learning)
