There are no support queries related to your map issues in our support system, we do see other replies to your other emails regarding network etc.. 2 months ago. If you don't get a ticket id then please submit via the website next time.
Regarding your issue, are you running with admin or is your username restricted. RadarBox writes to the registry for the map data so if cannot access the registry (due to not being admin) it won't be able to update it.
