The user name and password are on the white label on the CD cover.  When you say you are locked out, what exactly do you mean?  It's not possible to get locked out, all that happens is that you can only run the Demo until you put the correct username and password in.

What version of Windows are you running, XP or Vista?

Not really sure what we are doing wrong, we can not see any planes, and when we click on account, it says not yet activated. we are connected to the internet, but not sure what we have to do to see planes.

A few questions to help us to help you :-)

- Have you entered the Username and Password that are on the white label on the CD cover?

- Is your RadarBox hardware (the black metal box) connected to you PC using the supplied USB cable?

- Is the supplied antenna connected to the hardware box?

- Can you see any lights on the hardware box?

- What colour are the two indicators at the bottom left of the RadarBox software window - Hardware and Network?

Which version of the software are you using and on what operating system? You are not showing a usb connection on the front of your radarbox. Sounds like the usb driver hasn't been installed correctly, you can download the latest software and drivers from the Airnav radarbox supprot pages on the website.

OK, we're making progress here - thanks for your answers.

You still haven't told us if you are using Windows XP or Vista yet.

Also, are you using a Firewall program at all?

Open the RadarBox Help file, or you can access the file online here:

http://www.airnavsystems.com/radarbox/help/

- Look at the Troubleshooting section and then go to Hardware connection

- Can you see AirNav RadarBox in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section of the Windows Hardware manager

- If you can see AirNav RadarBox in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section, what version driver is installed?

Are you using AVG free antivirus and firewall, you will need to set up the exceptions for radarbox to operate correctly.

Sounds like a case of not intsalled drivers here. Please install the drivers and then your RadarBox will be recongised by the software.
