RB2009 ROUTES
« on: November 28, 2008, 09:28:54 PM »
hi,

I have RB2007 and i downloaded the full version RB2009.

I can see origin and destination of aircraft on RB2007 RADAR for example DNMM-HECA.

when i run RB2009 version I dont see origin and destination on the RB2009 RADAR.but when i go to menu database explorer i can see origin and destination data.

for example BAW82 DNMM-EGLL is in the data base so when the aircraft appears on the RB2009 RADAR all information is seen except DNMM-EGLL and this happens to all aircrafts on RB2009 RADAR

pls help

i read that i presume they are network flights. what i want is my flights i am not using the network for now.may i remind that the origin and destination of some aircrafts are in the database explorer and i gave example  but they dont show on the RB2009 radar??

Yes but you probally have the network on, if they those flights are shown on the network first and if they don't get a route from the network server they will show without a route once they are picked up by you from your antenna.

hi

i tried this method on my RB2009 and now the origin and destination appears on the radar but this is pain staking because every aircraft appears without origin and destination i copy the TIME and edit in the CH column of the Routes in the database explorer.

for example BAW82 first time on the radar at 20081128103045 then i look for
for BAW82 Routes then i edit the time in the CH colomn. so the next time BAW82 appears on the radar the origin and destination appears.

Clearly there is (and has been for ages) a problem vis-a-vis aircraft routes between network detected flights and those locally received.  Airnav, can you say for certain whether or not these discrepancies will be addressed in v 2.10?

Yes the bug that means aircraft picked up in the network flights without route carry over as no route to local flights even if they have  route in the local database will be fixed.

This has been said many times in the other routes posts which cover a lot of the same material in this thread.

Thank you - just wanted to make absolutely sure it was addressed, and which version to expect it in...
