Alert Email function not working

My RadarBox is set up to send an email alert when any of my registrations appear.  Two days ago, this function stopped working.  I have closed/reopened the software and rebooted my machine but nothing so far.  Any thoughts on what caused it to stop working?

Have you contacted support Bob, they may have an issue they are not aware of
