The other common inconsistency is with Aeroflot Russia Airlines and Aeroflot - Russian Airlines (again because I travel there often).

A6-EGB is the only one with Emirates Airlines the rest are just Emirates
One or two Ethihad also are inconsistent (one is just Etihad, one A320 is/was Etihad Airlines whereas the rest are Etihad Airways.

Egypt Air and Egyptair

One Bahrain Air states Air Bahrain

From the other side of the world is FedEx and FedEx Express (that will keep you busy!)

Maybe on FedEx I misunderstood as I thought it was just plain FedEx (as on the aircraft which is short form  for the original name Federal Express) and cannot understand why it is now called FedEx Express which is double use of Express.

Maybe better ask FedEx what they are called.

Hello X

It is actually FedEx Express on the side of the aircraft but this has had me wondering before also for the same reasons.

We made a decision a while ago to use the name the that company use.  If you remember they previously were named Federal Express and we changed when they changed.  Not only is it on their aircraft but also I believe on their trucks etc.

So...if we have an Air Force left, is it UK - Air Force or Royal Air Force...also known as the Royal Monday to Friday Air Force (quote from a former RAF employee)

When we first starting volunteering we put this to the vote of the masses

http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=4836.0
The decision was:
UK - Air Force
Saudi Arabia - Navy
etc

N922CB and N870NN sorted.  The Gulfstream is now shown to be registered to financers - Bank of Utah Trustee.
