Sure you need a filter. Please see cutout from your scan I have attached below.

A high gain antenna not only picks more ads-b signal, but also picks more out of band rf signals, which act as rf noise, and overload the dongle making it deaf to weaker signals from distant aircraft.

I know nothing about Linux but found it easy enough.  A spliter may be the answer for the antenna

You wont get MLAT on V6, but you can see MLAT on radarbox

MLAT is where aircraft are not sending their positioanal information in the signal you are picking up from the aircraft.  However if there are 3 or 4 receivers nearby that are MLAT capable, the position can be triangulated on the server and shown on the radarbox.com map

The V6 software is not MLAT compatible so MLAT positions will not be shown on its map. 

Your flightstick is MLAT capable but you would need to run it with a Raspberry Pi to display on radarbox.com
