Alerts, sometimes work and sometimes doesn´t. In my case sometimes I need to select the flight to activate the alert, and others simply when the aircraft is tracked the alert appears and works ok.

I also have some planes going backwards, quite frequently.

Anyone with the same problems??

Thanks.

Hi! RodBearden.

Thank you for the answer.
The phenomenon has been generated by the case that the airplane has Flight ID, and is registered in a local data base.
I added all of my country's flight rotes to local DB by SQLite Database Browser.
(It was very a quite a job. )
I understand that it is difficult to make data complete.
I am enough if software refers correctly to local DB.
Perhaps individual problems if there is not a similar phenomenon.

thanks

I had a problem with Air France's new A380 (detailed in reply #47 in now-locked ANRB 2010 3.13 beta thread) whereby said aircraft would appear in MyFlights but never in Aircraft History.

I recorded F-HPJA on the 5th/6th/7th Dec and yet 'Flights for Selected Aircraft' in MyLog/Grids merged these three separate recordings into one very long flight!

RodBearden agreed in reply#49 in the old 3.13 beta thread.

AFR006 flew over the Midlands again this afternoon - about 3 hours late.

Version 3.13 (final - ie not beta) worked like a dream:

a) I got a pop-up alert that the plane was airbourne
b) tracked seemlessly between the network and then when I could 'see' it locally (in MyFlights)
c) Plane showed correctly in Aircraft History

Great - but I have two questions:

1) I had ANRB 2010 3.13 running locally and pretty certain that I wasn't processing network flights at the time I got my alert. I was, however, connected to the internet at the time. Is that right that my alerts still work for network traffic even if not processing them at the time? Brilliant if so - I can turn it on for the alerted traffic!

2) Problem with AFR006/F-HPJA solved - was that something that changed between 3.13 beta and full version?

Long post but am impressed and interested!

Happy Christmas all
Chris

Yes, I can confirm that the Network has been 100% as I'm at home on holiday and RB has been running whenever I've been awake :-)

One more thing - when I open "tools" and the choose "network account information" theres a problem displying page "HTTP 500" .If I tick on www.airnavsystems.com the page is shown normally , but I don't know how to set this to show automatically my network acount informatin.

Again, this must be a Firewall issue preventing the RB software connecting to the outside world?

I notice that after "welcome" page when I start RB ant thick on "account" theres an error displayed - probably thats the reason why I cant get network traffic.I will now make a full 3.13 reinstall and see if then the RB will work....
