Photographs manually!
« on: November 14, 2008, 11:06:31 AM »
Hi Guys, I'm sure this is somewhere in the forum if so point me in the right direction but here goes.
I've noticed that some aircraft I've spotted are showing the old livery in the Photographs. I've found this out by actually looking at the aircraft in question with my binoculars as they pass over. I've then gone to Airliners.net & found the new livery photograph.
My questions really are : -
A.. Should Radarbox update with the new livery automatically?
B.. If not can I manually replace the photograph or add my own, if so then how?

Also I've got some other aircraft that don't show a picture, however if I search manually in Airliners.net I find them, these are mainly smaller aircraft like cessna.

Cheers.

RadarBox software does not update the pictures if there is a livery change. Not sure how we would know there has been a change in colours.

If you get to your RadarBox folder and open up the images folder, all your photos are kept there and each image has the aircraft registration as the filename. You can replace an image by saving your new image over the one already in that folder.

Adding to the above explanation from our support, if you delete the images for a specific registration from the images folder the software will automatically download a new image when that aircraft is received again.
