Elite Feeder: Network Access?

Now that I am an "Elite Feeder" does that include network access on the application itself (versus web access)?

If so, how does one turn it on?

No,

network access under ANRB.EXE software is still a service you have to pay for.

As Ingo states Elite status refers to Radarbox24 on the web and phone apps and not the ANRB Network itself
