Cannot connect to the data sharer software

Hello
After I recently updated Win10 I can't no longer connect my Kinetic SBS-3 to the data sharer software v1.20. I also have to login everytime I start the software.

Input Port: Not Connected
Server: Not Connected

Tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but no luck. Anyone else with the same trouble?

Suggest you contact [email protected].  The W10 update seems to be causing all sorts of similar issues

Hello ,
I am in the same case, radarbox dated sharer functioned well and since the update of Windows 10, that does not function any more.
I tried to remake the installation since increase coverage without result.
I use a station Kinetic sbs-1
Do you have to find a solution?

I have contacts the support 2 times, without the answers not helping me to make function radarbox dated sharer with my station.

Refart can you advise me when you emailed them and also give me the ticket ID of the auto reply and I will get on to them to reply to you.  You should normally receive a reply within 24 hours and if you don't get the automated reply with 5-10 minutes they have not received your email.

Thank you has you for your answers, I sent an e-mail on November 2nd, they answered me with a ticket number N°1443 but the answer did not advance me more…
I will put L N°1 e-mail which I sent.
For information I pass through a translator, I live in France

For a few months I had used RadarBox24 Dated Sharer with my station Kinetic SBS-1;
but since the update of Windows 10 V.1607 I don't have any more connection between the 2 software,
the 2 small squares Imput Port and Server remain yellow .

I tried to start again the procedure in RadarBox24.com with coverage, but that does not function.
I hope that you will be able to help me in order to again give my information on the flights close to at home.

I received your e-mail , therefore I tried to uninstall RadarBox24 Dated Sharer , and I began the procedure in Radarbox24.com
in coverage and I answered at :
step 1: I have an ADS-B/Mode-s receiver.
step2: DVB-T Dongle or other SDR , but personally I have Kinetic Base Station SBS-1
step3:  I download radarbox24 and I install it, and I arrive on the window radarbox24 dated sharer , I put my address e-mail and my password ,
and I connect myself without result , the 2 squares Imput port and server remains yellow.
When in spring I received the invitation for to join RADARBOX24 I did not have any problem , I do not understand.

I must tell you that I pass through a translator of languages for the messages, therefore I stopped contacting the support; I do not know how to better explain my problem, but I should not be only in this case.

You can use the same translator with them,  I have asked them to contact you so hopefully you will get an email.

Thanks refart.  I have also advised Airnav that there appears to be an issue with sharing software under the latest W10 build

Here the answer, but I have just tried to go in Radarbox24 add coverage, but has step 2 it  does not have there a sbs-1 has to validate...

If you download the RadarBox24 sharer software that should allow you to start sharing your SBS data.
