I can confirm hardly any of the heavies have ADS-B yet.  At least in North America....  I have great range in to New York state..there are many air force bases with C-130's withing my scope....None of them have yet to show up ADS-B equipped.

A handful of KC-10 have been done so far from what I have seen

The USN E-6's have and also seen some C20/37s with full ads-b
