Radarbox not responding
« on: August 12, 2015, 07:17:25 PM »
Using My Log and All Photos is causing Radarbox to become non responsive.

Using Task manager to stop the program gets me back into the program.

Anyone have any idea why this happens?

Trying to open all the photos in your folder at once puts a massive strain on the computers processing power.  It can be a around a Gb or more in size and you are trying to open the all at once, I have 71,000 photos in mine and even trying to open the folder takes a wee bit of time and you can see the number of items climbing.  If you left it long enough they would probably open up.

Thanks Alan, I did watch it for a while and on bottom right was a message to the effect that it had completed, will leave it longer next time. Also evening time my internet is very slow, still on ADSL.

Its nothing to do with the internet.  The photos are in your photo folder.  I would suggest that you don't open the photo folder that way as it will freeze every time and could take an hour or more to open depending on the folder size.  If you want to look at your photos, go to Data/Photos where there are thumbnails of each one.
